Real-Time Optical Tire Identification
DeepTire® uses high-speed, AI-powered vision technology to scan DOT codes, date stamps, and bead barcodes as tires move along the conveyor. The strobing lighting system ensures consistent, high-resolution image capture without the need for photo eyes or other unreliable sensors.
Automated Print & Apply Labeling
Once the tire’s information is processed, DeepTire® generates a precise label and applies it directly to the tread. This eliminates human error and enhances traceability, ensuring each tire is correctly tagged for downstream logistics and retail display.
